Commitment
Part 2

What is Commitment?

Commitment is the quality of keeping your word — to others and, most importantly, to yourself. It is the practice of returning to what matters after distraction, difficulty, or failure. Commitment is what turns intention into identity: you become who you are through what you keep coming back to. It is the outward expression of your inner values.

Part 3
